Reporting to the Retail & Utilities Billings Supervisor, your primary responsibilities are to perform the billing and cost analysis for the utilities recharge process. In addition, perform commercial and operational reporting relating to utilities at .
This entails:
- Ensuring ????? ?????, quarterly and annual billings are accurate and complete.
- Ensuring ????? ????? and revenue accruals are complete and accurate.
- Explaining variances to budget and monitoring ????? ????? of budget initiatives.
- Providing support to financial and commercial analysis of utilities performance eg contract renewals.
- Looking for and executing process efficiencies in the billing and cost process. Be an active participant in process improvements going forward.
You will ideally have experience of utilities billings and costings gained in a large corporate environment. If you are the self-motivated results-driven type who has an eye for detail, you will achieve success in your new role. As you will be in constant contact with people, you will display well developed communication skills and a professional and reliable attitude.
