As the Centre Manager you will be the YMCA representative within the local community. The key function of this role is to provide leadership and vision to maximise the operations of the Centre by increasing participation within the programs and services offered.
The successful candidate will be an efficient, well organised person, showing strong commitment to staff development and training.
A high standard of communication skills and attention to detail will be expected, as well as a clear understanding of financial management and business target achievement.
The successful candidate will also be community driven and be able to work in an autonomous environment whilst ensuring ????? ????? standard of delivery is given to the needs of the community.
