The prestigious Curzon Hall function centre is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. Located in Marsfield, only 20 minutes away from Sydney's CBD, Curzon Hall is an elegant sandstone manor set upon two acres of manicured gardens.
This position requires someone who is ambitious, confident, and hardworking with strong leadership skills and teamwork abilities.
To be successful in this position, you will need;
- Hospitality and cookery qualifications
- At least 4 - 6 years working experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to stocktake, order and run the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef
- Must be available to work on weekends and evenings
- Own transportation a must
- Previous experience in functions will be highly regarded
