ADMINISTRATION OFFICER AND RECEPTIONIST
We are looking to employ 2 enthusiastic people to work in our Financial Planning and General Insurance Brokerage business.
The roles required are an Administration Officer in our General Brokerage and a Receptionist for the practice.
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Processing of renewals, endorsements and claims
- Communicating with insurers and clients
- Preparing ????? ?????, following up documentation
- Filing and other administration duties
- Assisting Account Managers
Skills and experience preferred:
- Previous General Insurance background
- Working knowledge of Winbeat broking system an advantage
- Good communication skills
JUNIOR RECEPTIONIST
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Reception duties
- Answering ????? ?????
- General office administration
- Database maintenance
