ADMINISTRATION OFFICER AND RECEPTIONIST

 



We are looking to employ 2 enthusiastic people to work in our Financial Planning and General Insurance Brokerage business.

The roles required are an Administration Officer in our General Brokerage and a Receptionist for the practice.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Processing of renewals, endorsements and claims
  • Communicating with insurers and clients
  • Preparing ????? ?????, following up documentation
  • Filing and other administration duties
  • Assisting Account Managers

Skills and experience preferred:

  • Previous General Insurance background
  • Working knowledge of Winbeat broking system an advantage
  • Good communication skills

JUNIOR RECEPTIONIST

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Reception duties
  • Answering ????? ?????
  • General office administration
  • Database maintenance
