We are a small team of successful real estate professionals, which require a self-starter to help us build our brand.
We need an amazing person, which can help with opening, closing, and reception duties and will assist with Property Management & Sales administration duties.
Some duties will include
· Meet & Greet Clients
· Answer the switchboard
· Provide support to the Sales and Property Management departments
· Northern Beaches + excellent career progression
· Coordinating and proofing of all marketing material - agent profile and property campaigns; press and online
· Processing all listings and exchanges including preparing Sales Advices
· Liaising with Vendors, Purchasers and Solicitors
· Preparing ????? ?????, Leases etc
· Maintaining property files and all related administration
· This will be a busy and varied role you and will keep you on your toes!
