Your main tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing new purchase and sales contracts
  • Liaising with freight companies and suppliers
  • Administering export clearance and establishing letters of credit
  • Preparing and dispatching original invoices and other relevant documentation to clients
  • General office duties including but not limited to answering phones and filing

If you have experience in Export Documentation, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to engage professionally with clients, staff and suppliers, contact us immediately as this may be the role for you.
