The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the on-going development of their team, have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets and possess a strong understanding of all facets of retail management, while at the same, ensuring ????? ????? possible standard of customer service.

- Retail management in a high volume environment
- Managing, coaching and developing Team Members
- Stock and merchandising management
- Achieving designated sales and profit objectives
- Manage complex merchandising ranges
- Create a strong customer focus and people oriented culture.
Friendly, helpful & enthusiastic, you have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve set targets. You have a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role.
