Head Chef required for the multi award winning BrightonHotel in Mandurah. In order to fulfil this position you willneed to demonstrate the following attributes: Ability to plan, direct, manage and control all kitchen operations and demonstrate responsibility for all outcomes. Lead a brigade of up to 4 chefs each with a commitmentto provide good quality products and services. Understand and interpret the requirement of patrons byway of menu planning, costing and delivering ????? ?????. Completely knowledgeable of and able to implement allfood safety standards including stores. Disciplined in purchasing negotiation, storage, preparation and serving of food.
