Function Sous Chef The awardwinning Hunter Valley Gardenslocated in the heart of Pokolbinis looking for a talentedfull-time Sous Chef to join theirmotivated small team workingat the Garden TerraceRestaurant, Tempus TwoWinery new function centre,The Barrel Room and otherfunction locations around theexpansive site. This is a seniorhands-on role running cateringfor the ever growing number offunctions, ranging fromweddings to gala dinners andevents while ensuring ????? ?????-to-day operationof the Garden TerraceRestaurant kitchen.
Thesuccessful candidate will havea proven track record workingin a senior chef role with someexperience in rostering, costcontrol, staff supervision andtraining. They will also have apassion for cooking, lead byexample, possess effectivetwo-way communication, thrivein a busy high-pressureenvironment and have theability to provide food to thehighest standards. This role willhave the full support from ourExecutive Chef who enjoysdeveloping the careers of histeam members.
