ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER
John Holland in alliance with partners ARTC and GHD has secured the project to construct a third track in 2 stages, the first from Minimbah to Whittingham and then onto Maitland. The work includes the construction of track, civil, road and bridge works over a 43km route and incorporates the design, property acquisition and approvals. The project is scheduled for completion early 2012.
Located at the site office, 10km south of Singleton, we are seeking an energetic and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our team.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
Full Function Accounts Payable
Reconciliations and coding
Data entry of invoices
Completion of credit applications
To become an integral member of the team you will possess the following skills
3 years proven track record within a similar position
Highly accurate data entry skills
Knowledge of MS Office software particularly Excel
Experience working in a high transaction volume
environment
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
Outstanding communication skills - both written
and verbal
