PRINT / COPY RETAIL POSITIONS

Snap Printing is the Southern Hemisphere's largest printing, copying and graphics network.

We are a Snap Printing Centre south of the river with a program of expansion and need energetic, enthusiastic people with an open, honest, 5-star service oriented approach to people to join our team.

Interviews are being conducted for 3 positions:

CENTRE MANAGER

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The roles are varied, responsible, interesting and challenging in a stable industry with long term career prospects.

The successful applicants will take great satisfaction from having clients feel good after dealing with them.

The right people will have experience, or a serious interest, in customer service and sales. You may be looking to advance your career or you may be returning to the workforce full time.

Centre Manager and Senior Customer Service will need to have printing industry experience or exposure. Printing industry experience is not essential to the Customer Service position, though it will be a definite advantage. Attitude and energy are the paramount requirements for all positions.

Training is provided.

Responsibilities for all positions, at the level appropriate to the position, include internal and external sales, local marketing, retail systems, print and digital production, work flows, job quoting, negotiation, artwork briefs and business practice. You will learn the latest technologies in digital production and be involved, 'hands on', in document creation and client management. These are all skills that also apply to a wide range of future career opportunities in many industries. The Centre Manager will also be responsible to the Owner for sales growth, work flows and overall supervision of staff.

All positions will be responsible to manage all aspects of corporate and business clients' requirements from sales, to initial briefing and consulting, to ensuring ????? ????? delivery of a high quality product.

Remuneration packages will be related to the levels of responsibility in each position.
