This is a excellent opportunity for a Senior Geologist to step into a leadership role with an established mining company on one of their first-class open-cut coal mines.

Joining a professional and friendly team, some of your duties will include:
- Liasing with exploration teams
- Mine high-wall mapping
- Maintaining geological model
- Maintaining geological database
- Supervising graduates
- Performing geotechnical hazard reviews and reports
- Implementation of work safety standards
To be successful in this role, you will need to be degree qualified and have 5+ years experience in mine geology. You will need to be proficient with Vulcan software and have a coal production background.
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $120k - $140k plus benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
