Development Mining Coordinator
Mining Giant - Central QLD based
Must have Mining experience
Excellent time management and coordination skills required
This International and well branded Mining organisation is the worlds largest producer of export thermal coal and a significant producer of coking coal. With the extent of the operation, the company needs a development mining coordinator to coordinator development activities through identifying, prioritising and planning all operational activities in the development section.

Working out of Central QLD reporting to the Development Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
Assist in developing employees accountabilities through research, planning and coordination and collecting employees performance data
Make recommendations on information gathered to determine the expected duration of operational activities and the level of risk management required for tasks
Develop short term development daily/weekly shift plans
Develop work instructions for operational tasks and communicate upon development and when the tasks are included in the plan.
Review mechanical and electrical daily plans as well as development rates and effectiveness of the mining process to improve methods of work
Monitor the effectiveness of the entire development planning cycle to identify improvement to the efficiency of the planning process
Requirements:
Degree qualified in a related subject
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Good understanding of HSEC policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills verbally & written
A passion for the mining industry
