Pointglen Developments is part of a group of companies delivering ????? ????? to the Mackay property market. We currently have approvals for two major residential estates which will cater for about 1500 lots, plus commercial and residential high rise approvals. Stages will be released progressively over the next 10 – 15 years.
Duties would include:
• Masterplanning allotment layouts using innovative and efficient design techniques
• Site profiling
• Liaison with inhouse planning staff and external consultants
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the residential subdivision environment and advanced CAD skills.
Outstanding communication and people skills, good personal presentation and excellent time management and organization are also required attributes.
