ARC - The Australian Reinforcing Company formerly known as Smorgon Steel Reinforcing is a leading manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcing products to the building and construction industries.
As a valued team member, you will work closely with the Branch Manager in Mackay and other team members to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service in all aspects of your work.
The essential attributes for this role include:
- Proven Customer Service Experience and/or administration experience preferably obtained in the Steel Manufacturing or building and construction industry
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Solid PC skills
