Going from strength to strength due to the success of their project delivery, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced mid level Estimator who has a passion for the commercial building industry. The role will suit an ambitious and career minded individual who prides themselves on quality and enjoys working in a dynamic organisation of experts where ideas are shared and listened too. 

What you will need: 

• Tertiary qualification in construction management or equivalent in related discipline.  
• Estimating experience in the commercial building field. 
• Strong tender background. 
• Strong communication and independence abilities.  
• Strong knowledge of pricing in the North Queensland market. 
• Great communication and relationship building skills
