Our client is a long established and well respected law firm! With four office locations, a Quality Endorsed Practice and a reputation as an employer of choice, they now seek to employ a Family Lawyer.
The partner in charge of Family Law is an Accredited Specialist and an impressive and capable person who would be an excellent mentor for assisting with the development and expansion of your expertise in Family law.
With carriage of your own matters from initial application to settlement, you will require a working knowledge of all aspects of family law. Specifically, you will deal with family law issues involving separation and divorce, property settlements, parenting orders, child support and maintenance and de facto relationships.
On offer is an excellent remuneration package commensurate with the expected duties and responsibilities that come with this position. Ideally you will have 3-5 years or more relevant Family Law experience along with the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and have the demonstrated capacity to manage multiple clients and projects.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be well recognised by the Partners. The successful candidate is expected to work business hours Monday to Friday, with weekend work only when business demands dictate.
