Macarthur Credit Union is a thriving financial organisation providing retail financial services and has its head office in Camden.
The Management Accountant is a new role and will be primarily responsible for the supervision and oversight of the operational activities of the Finance Administration team, ensuring ????? ????? efficiency of accounts. This role provides support to the Deputy General Manager.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:
Proven experience in an accounting role within the retail financial services industry.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a finance / accounting or related field.
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
A sound knowledge of relevant legislation including Australian Accounting Standards and APRA standards.
Experience working with regulators and auditors internal and external.
Well developed IT and related technology expertise.
A passion for the quality and accuracy of your work.
The aptitude to train and develop your staff.
The ability to set appropriate timeframes and meet all deadlines.
