My client, a successful manufacturing ????? ????? company operating in over 170 locations around the world, requires an expert Customer Service Team Leader for their Campbelltown site. My client is expanding and getting busier each day. Building on their success, you will head the Customer Service department and have two direct reports. This position will start off temporary then lead to permanent for the right fit. Duties of this position will include: - Heading the Customer Service department and supervising two staff
- Input sales orders
- Invoicing
- Provide information on stock availability, back orders.
- Report on sales
- Schedule daily truck routing
- Provide quotations to customers
- Problem solving
- Ad hoc administration
To be successful for this position, you will need: - Several years of similar experience
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience
- Exposure to sales, order entry
