ENGINE RECONDITIONER
Tradesman engine reconditioner to lead our cylinder head reconditioning team. We are a small company who require a mature. easy going, experienced reconditioner who can insist on quality and
at the same time motivate the staff to get results. The tradesman needs to be experienced in all aspects of engine reconditioning while cylinder head experience will be of greatest importance. The applicant will have to be able to produce good quality work while controlling and motivating the rest of the head repair team.
The applicant has to be able to work with management to achieve good results the position has flexible hours and pay is at casual rate plus team leader allowance, tool allowance and weekly attendance and performance bonus. The minium hours offered will be 35 hours with overtime available on a regular basis.
