Our client is a medium tier West Sydney based construction company. This reputable privately-owned commercial builder has been active in the construction market and are currently tendering for interesting commercial developments in and around the metropolitan region.

Having a diverse client portfolio they have successfully completed projects in educational and science, commercial, retail and industrial facilities, aged care living and residential developments.

Estimating Manager

They are in the market for a Chief Estimator with the minimum 10 years estimating experience having worked on tenders up to $10Mil+. Previous estimating management experience is highly desired.

The successful candidate will be in charge of leading an estimating team that comprises of senior and junior estimators. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be in responsible for managing and handling all aspects of the companies estimating department.

Also known for their established culture the company shares a common goal of providing each employee with clear communication channels, professional management & support and a family orientated culture.

The salary package is competitive and highly rewarding ranging from $150K - $170K and will commensurate through experience. Bonuses and incentives are also in place.
