Administration All Rounder

  • Our client, a locally based fuel industry leader, due to expansion, is seeking a confident and versatile individual, with a good work ethic, who is experienced in all aspects of office administration, to join their busy Lismore team.

    The primary focus of this role is undertaking accurate processing of high volume accounts receivable, as well as general administration and reception duties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Processing and control of high volume invoicing and customer accounts
    • Assisting with customer enquiries
    • Administration associated with orders, despatch and shipping
    • Preparation and checking of invoices
    • Allocation of receipts against invoices
    • Running daily, weekly and monthly system reports
    • General administration functions including filing, reports etc.

    Key Position Requirements:

    • Proven recent experience associated with processing and control of high volume invoicing and customer accounts
    • Strong computer literacy, including accurate and efficient data entry skills and proficiency using Excel and Word
    • Effective customer service and team work skills
    • Demonstrated attention to detail skills
