An exciting opportunity has emerged at one of the company’s flagship sites, the large facility in Leongatha. A key member of the site’s management team, your objective is to manage adherence to all protocols and procedures, ensure constantly safe, quality products and protection of the company’s very strong brand. Additionally, you will utilise your collaborative approach and contribute to achieving higher levels of plant performance and the on going development of the site.

With tertiary qualifications encompassing Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline, you have been previously exposed to a food manufacturing ????? ????? environment, where quality systems are a critical aspect of the production process. A track record of driving process improvement and advanced problem solving skills are keys to your success.
