At the company’s large and strategic site in Gippsland, only a short distance from Melbourne, the company manufactures a key product line which generates significant sales both domestically and overseas. Demand and therefore production requirements are currently growing at a tremendous rate. To support this growth, the company seeks an experienced supervisor. As a key member of the site’s management team, you will lead staff in the achievement of KPI’s across plant capacity, efficiency and quality through enhanced productivity and labour utilisation. Importantly, your strong leadership skills and collaborative approach will see you effectively manage a team through growth and change, achieving high levels of plant performance.

With previous exposure to a food manufacturing ????? ????? environment, you are a strong communicator and keen to make a significant contribution.
