Looking for a chance to demonstrate your broad based accounts administration experience? Are you ready to start immediately? A fabulous opportunity awaits the right person within a friendly industrial office and warehouse.
With a strong and positive attitude, recent and current experience in all of the following areas, and the ability to successfully juggle changing responsibilities whilst remaining calm and focussed you will enjoy what's being offered by this global employer.
Your main areas of responsibility will cover:-
- Customer enquiries and other incoming calls;
- Accounts Payable and Receivable;
- Payroll - data entry of timesheets;
- Raising order numbers and data entry of service jobs;
- Daily mail collection and distribution;
- Daily banking;
- General administration duties.
You will need to demonstrate great aptitude in the following areas:-
- Advanced computer skills (Excel & Word);
- Financial systems experience;
- A strong customer care focus;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good all round office administration experience.
This varied role will see you working in a friendly industrial office and utilising your broad range of office administration skills. Relevant experience within a similar environment will be highly regarded.
A clean and current drivers licence will be essential for this role (free, on-site parking is available). Working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm but may sometimes vary to cover peak periods.
