Continuous Improvement programs. You will monitor progress and provide recommendations to ensure the sites Formal Continuous Improvement Strategy is delivered. You will also support teams and provide program training whilst maintaining safe work behaviours. Additionally, you will stay abreast of contemporary industry practices and build productive relationships with internal stakeholders.Youre an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships both internally and externally. You have experience in a similar role within a manufacturing ????? ????? have previously held a supervisory or management position.
