Employment ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to work in our Work Experience/Project and Course Development area within Launceston and outreach areas.In this position, you will be working closely with the Job Placement and Marketing Teams to develop skills based projects and industry specific training, assisting with enhancing the skills and subsequent job prospects of our clients. Sound IT skills are essential. You will also need to be innovative and demonstrate initiative, have good time management and organisational skills as well as excellent communication and administration skills.Being a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, you will also enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.You must be results driven and be prepared to work to develop realistic training and skills based pathways to open employment.
