Director (fulltime) - 1 year contract
Possums Corner is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for a 1 year contract commencing January 2010. Possums is licenced to enrol 64 children per day with 15 primary contact staff daily. The position is a full time non teaching role for 40 hrs p/w. Conditions include above award salary, admin office support staff, professional development, rostered day off, leave entitlements, overtime and TIL. Essential criteria, experience as Director, Authorised Supervisor or Assistant Director, degree in early childhood, exceptional communication and time management skills, ability to lead and manage a diverse team of staff, comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
