TRAINEES - RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN
National electrical, data, communications, audio visual company is seeking Trainees - Receptionist/Accounts Admin for their NSW office situated in Lane Cove. Would suit School Leavers or as first office job. Duties include reception, general office duties, data entry, assisting Accounts. Word and Excel required. No previous experience needed. On the job training and company assisted studies provided. These are traineeships where on completion the successful applicants will have gained skills in Admin and commenced skills in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Applicant needs to have good organisational skills, professional phone manner, be motivated and keen to learn. Must be able to retain and accurately carry out given instructions in a timely manner. These are a busy position so time management is important.
No applicants with university academic qualifications please as you will be over qualified for these entry level positions.
