This premier hospitality venue (known as the Lakes Entertainment Centre) is seeking to appoint a Second Chef to join the kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef this is a great opportunity to join a busy kitchen environment and to demonstrate your flair for cooking. Flexibility is necessary as you will be required to work weekends, nights and public holidays on a rotating roster with some split shifts.

You must be motivated and willing to work through the summer period. This is a permanent full time position approximately 40-45 hours per week, overtime and penalty rates as per the Licensed Clubs Award.
