We require a switched on individual for an exciting opportunity in join this exceptional company as a customer service operator.

The successful candidate will be part of a fun loving team who provides customer service support to various clients and customers.  

Duties include

         Receiving and processing customer orders

         Data entry

         Provide accurate information & quotes to clients

         Develop and maintain working relationships with clients

         Working with the team to achieve KPIs & monthly/ quarterly goals

         Answering ????? ?????

The ideal candidate will have -

         Excellent verbal & written communication skills

         A professional phone manner

         Fast and accurate data entry skills

         Intermediate MS Word & Excel skills

         A positive attitude

         Be patient polite & friendly

         The ability to pick up new systems an understand new products quickly

         Previous experience in an office based customer service role
