Our client is an industry leader in their field and has continued to grow during ????? ????? downturn.
Currently we require a professional positive thinker to join a fun loving team basing in Kingsgrove as a Database and Inventory Administrator.
Duties include
Updating and maintaining the internal database
Assist clients with account requests
Updating of excel spreadsheets
Liaise with clients and internal Sales Manager to ensure client needs are met
Follow up on client back orders and ensure speedy delivery
Organize and track deliveries
The successful candidate will have
Intermediate MS office skills
Good problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Be able to perform well under pressure & have excellent attention to detail
The ability to pick up new systems and process quickly
A minimum of 2 years recent administration experience
