This leading EPCM joint venture in Western Australia has undertaken and completed some of the states largest Iron Ore projects to date, supported by a global resource giant this joint venture is set to sore even through uncertain times.
Now heading into a new phase of expansion in the Pilbara the sourcing of a key Supervisor and Superintendent roles are now crucial to the business.
  
The key objectives for these roles are to provide support to the Area Manager through the provision of field supervision, planning, quality monitoring, coordination and construction management capabilities. You will be required to demonstrate leadership and commitment in relation to the implementation of the HSEC Procedures.
  
Key Responsibilities will include:
Daily monitoring ????? ????? of contractors to ensure up to date drawings and specifications for project objectives are being adhered to.
Implementation of all HSEC standards and Procedures, hazard reporting, inspections and compliance with Mine safety standards.
Management of all site entry requirements for equipment, machinery and people  
Daily/Weekly liaison with construction Manager, client representatives and authorities to ensure smooth progress of scope of work.
Implement and maintain documentation relating to scope of work and progress reporting for regular management meetings.
Assessment and assistant for contract dispute resolution
  
Required skills:
You will have had significant experience on large scale construction EPCM projects specifically related to Rail/Bridge or Port
You attention to detail and your ability to communicate well with all levels of personnel is imperative to this role
This is a large scale project so your ability to perform under pressure will mean that your organisational and managerial skills will be hard at work.
  
HSC or equivalent qualification is required for these roles
