Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, a division of Veolia Water and Veolia Environment, is the world leader in water treatment, with 6,100 employees through 120 business units. We are the leader in engineering, design, project management and execution of projects for turnkey facilities and water treatment plants.
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Administration Assistant to be responsible for general administration duties at the South Australian regional office located in Kilburn.
Key duties include:
1. General administration duties (typing, office supplies maintenance, filing, reception etc)
2. Scheduling of field staff to carry out breakdowns, scheduled services, site inductions and product training
3. To liaise with customers as their first point of reference for scheduling service work
4. Entry and coordination of purchase orders
5. Maintenance of personnel records, OHSE data
The ideal candidate has the following:
1. Strong administration experience, ideally in a technical environment
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. A strong work ethic and desire to be challenged
