Sales Person required in specialist Canoe / Kayak Retail Store. Canoes Plus is Melbournes largest and oldest Canoe / Kayak Retailer, and is a leader in the industry. Canoes Plus is a busy store, handling retail sales, as well as canoe and kayak education, and dealing with large groups such as the Scouts, Corporate Groups and Schools.

Canoes Plus are looking for reliable, confident and intelligent sales person, with experience in retail sales, and preferably with experience in the outdoor industry ( kayaking/ canoeing). The successful applicant will display stong customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle the interpersonal relationships of a close-knit small working staff. The position requires the ability to handle some office work, required to run a retail business. The applicant must be computer literate in excel, word, outlook and hopefully, be able to run a point of sale system, and publication program.

Please do not apply if you do not have retail sales experience. Some weekend work is required. Position available in November. Salary negotiable - $40,000 +
