Applications are sought for the position of Planner based in our Kensington Store Support Office.

The position is responsible for the financial planning and stock control requirements of the Merchandise Department Buying Plans are prepared, monitored and controlled in order to meet the Company’s sales and profit objectives.

Major accountability will include;

- To develop, monitor and control Open To Buy and buying plans in conjunction with buyers
- To monitor and control ordering ????? ????? to ensure procurement is according to plan
- To deliver quality timely information on which Buyers can base decisions
- To improve the stock flow process by the management of quantities received, distributed and their weekly flows

Applicants should be hard working, have an extremely high attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential along with the capacity and confidence to make decisions and resolve issues.

Previous experience as a Planner with exposure to Christmas, Craft, Party, Cards or Wraps will be highly regarded.

Applicants will be working with a variety of software programmes, so computer literacy is essential. Knowledge of intermediate Excel and/or SAP will be highly regarded.
