    Churches of Christ Care (Care) is a leading not-for-profit organisation in Queensland, providing aged care, early childhood services, affordable housing and emergency support services, and child protection services.  We employ over 2,000 staff and approximately 650 volunteers.
     
    The Role
     
    Reporting to the Systems Manager you will ensure the data integrity of the organisation’s HRIS is consistently maintained at a high level and that data is regularly audited.  You will also provide advice and support on HRIS functionality and the development of system/process improvements with a primary focus on the administration of Human Resources applications.
     
    The Successful Applicant
     
    You will ideally be Diploma qualified in a Business Administration or Information Systems environment with an industry recognised certificate qualification in SQL and Visual Basic being highly regarded.  Demonstrated experience working with the Aurion software product, or similar, will be beneficial but not essential.
     
    You will also have the ability to operate windows applications at an intermediate level, the aptitude to identify customer requirements, alter services in response to identified needs and evaluate customer satisfaction and have highly developed communication skills.
