You must be willing to undertake further study at TAFE, leading to a trade qualification.
To be successful you must:
Be reliable, punctual & committed
Demonstrate skills to work in a team environment
Have a genuine interest to establish yourself in the industry.
Be available to work overtime & weekends when needed
A current driver's license is preferred
