ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT WORKER, Community Offender Support Program, Kempsey Permanent Full-Time Vacancy Number: (??) ???? ????VL Total remuneration package valued at $80,503 pa, including salary range $66,116 pa to $72,952 pa, employer's contribution to superannuation and leave loading. Supervise, support and case management of offenders in a residential setting. Selection Criteria: Knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures relevant to offenders in NSW. Experience in the development and implementation of case plans. Awareness and appreciation of issues in relation to child protection, case management and Throughcare principles. High level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop trust, empathy and cooperation with residents, colleagues and professional and community based organisations. Proven ability to carry a case load and work as part of a team dedicated to the well-being of the residents and safety of the community. Current Driver's Licence and have a willingnessbility to drive within NSW. Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to attain within three months. Note: The occupant of this position will be required to work a 38 hour per week rotating shift roster, appropriate shift penalties will apply. All staff will be required to attend the Integrated Induction for up to two weeks, and additional training as required at the commencement of their employment.
