CHEF DE PARTIE
(Full-time)
Following the launch and success of our excitingnew restaurant, The Grill, we now require adynamic Chef De Partie with excellent cookingand food presentation skills. You will have abroad knowledge base with experience in bothrestaurant and banquets, and previous hotelexperience, preferably within a 5 star establishment is desirable. You will also have effectiveteam leadership skills and the ability to motivate ateam to work in a highly professional, fast pacedenvironment.
STAFF COOK
(Full-time)
We require an experienced Cook, primarilyresponsible for providing quality meals to hotelstaff. You will also assist in the preparation ofmise en place for the hotel kitchen and maintainstandards of food quality and presentation as setby the Head Chef.
You must demonstrate initiative, drive andenthusiasm and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. A good workingknowledge of OHS and Quality Management withexcellent communication skills is essential.Certificate III in Commercial Cookery will behighly regarded. Pride in personal grooming andpresentation is a necessity.
