The Company: Our client is a recognised leader in the provision of cost and contract management services to the resources sector.
About the Role:Senior Quantity Surveyor candidates will be expected to possess knowledge and skills attained during ????? ????? work experience within the resources / consultancy and / or engineering ????? ?????.
Duties will comprise but not be limited to:
- Managing the Quantity Surveying team
- Measuring ????? ????? the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors
- Managing detailed budgets and cost plans
- Preparing ????? ????? turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts
- Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
- Financial control
- Preparation and agreement of final accounts

For these particular roles the salary on offer will be negotiable at $130,000 - $160,000 + super. In addition to the salary our client offers a company car, laptop, blackberry and a good bonus structure for the successful applicant.
Requirements: You will be working on electrical and instrumentation with some piping erection, mechanical equipment installation and module installation for a desalination plant. The successful candidate needs to be experienced in one or more of these disciplines and has to have been site based previously. Tertiary qualifications are essential.
