Our client is a US firm with a thriving global intellectual property practice with a strong Asian practice.
Their Tokyo office now requires a contentious IP associate to join their well-established team there. The role will see you joining a growing team and you must have experience in complex IP litigation, preferably patent related but also trade secret, copyright, semi-conductor etc are desired. Applicants must be qualified to practice in the US and have fluent Japanese language skills. Applicants must also have an Electrical Engineering ????? ?????. Our client is looking for an associate level lawyer to join the team and you must have at least 3 years' experience. Whilst not necessary admission to a patent bar is preferable.
