This is a newly created and critical role that will allow you to utilise your interpersonal, person-centred and problem solving skills to facilitate the Intake and Access service, as well as conduct client assessments.

 

We will provide opportunities for professional development including supportive supervision, study leave and training. We also offer flexible work hours and great work-life balance.

 

You will have tertiary qualifications in Social / Welfare Work; Allied Health; or Disability.   Experience in initial needs identification and coordinating intake and access services is highly desirable.
