Our busy Burwood women's and kids store is seeking an experienced, hands-on dedicated Store Manager to lead their team.
Your core responsibilities will involve:
- Managing, training and developing the store team
- Daily store operations
- Sales, styling and customer service
- Visual merchandising and stock preparation
- Motivating and leading the team
- KPIs, reporting and analysing business needs
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Retail management experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A desire to progress your career within retail
- Solid people and coaching skills
