Our client, a global market leader, are manufacturers of an essential Med-Tech product. The Australian operations employ 75 people in specialist roles both state based and in , based within a substantial global group. This growing organisation has a unique culture and the need for a talented HR Manager to take a seat at the senior leadership table.
Reporting to the Managing Director, with dotted line reports to two counterparts in the . You will be responsible for driving the annual people processes whilst implementing IR changes, OH&S compliance, HR projects and a small level of Union negotiations.
You will align with the senior management group on strategy. Partnering with key stakeholders, proactively providing advice and coaching on a range of HR issues to the employee group in order to reach the organisations aggressive growth targets.
Tertiary qualified with a HR/Psychology related degree and possessing a minimum of 4 years’ generalist experience, you will possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. You will be a motivated, results-driven HR professional with a commercially focused HR outlook and will relish the opportunity to use your own initiative and thrive within an autonomous, multi-faceted HR role.
