Service Delivery Manager

A position
exists for a Service Delivery Manager to
establish, manage and lead Horizon Power's Information Technology
Service Delivery function.
As well as
having eight years experience in IT Service Management and ITIL
Foundations Certification the successful applicant will
possess:
- A strong
understanding and demonstrated application of policy and
commercial management;
- Three
years experience in a medium sized complex commercial
business;
- Excellent
people management experience;
- Knowledge
of SCADA control systems; and
- A
willingness to travel to the regional Horizon Power sites when
necessary.
