A leading and highly respected Australian manufacturer, providing a range of quality industrial products to diverse sectors including construction and utilities, are currently seeking a professional Health, Safety & Environment Co-ordinator. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working as part of the broader safety team you will be responsible for:

• coaching and mentoring ????? ????? management
• implementing safety management systems and ensuring ????? ?????
• assisting with the risk management strategies
• providing assistance with return to work strategies
• delivering ????? ????? training programs
• participating in audits and ensuring ????? ????? are implemented

This role would best suit a pragmatic professional who is able to work with employees and management to achieve sustainable outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• OHS qualifications or be undertaking studies in this field
• Exceptional communication and report writing skills
• A passion for safety and a drive to succeed
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong influencing and coaching skills
