One of Perth’s most prestigious Residential Builders situated in North Perth is currently looking to fill two Drafting positions. The team is medium sized, which means you’ll be involved in more varied work and cross into areas in design more freely. Ideally you’ll be energetic and bring fresh ideas to the office.
This builder has won numerous awards for their housing designs and feature regularly in the West and most glossy home magazines, which gained them notoriety in not only WA, but in the East Coast as well. Working for this builder will not only raise your prospects but put you in the limelight, whilst giving you the tools to make it.
Typically you’ll be involved in drawing complex one to two story developments, some checking, interpreting drawings, one offs, liaising with designers and clients as well as some variations. The new office fit gives the place real air of professionalism and is certainly conducive to bringing out the best in the team.
Senior Draftsperson 60-65K + super
Experience and qualifications:
- 3 years plus experience
- Able to mentor and train
- One and two story
- One-offs
- Local experience is advantageous
- ArchiCAD or AutoSketch
Junior Draftsperson 50K + super
Experience and qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year experience
- One story
- ArchiCAD or AutoSketch
