Our Canberra Office is seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Design Engineers to join our team. We need your talent to help our team to grow; we have a number of vacancies ranging from Senior Engineer to Principal Engineer for both disciplines.

Experience & Qualifications
 
Holding recognised tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, you will possess at least 5+ years experience in leading specialist projects focused on commercial, defence and other institutional/ public buildings.  For the role of Principal Engineer, you will need to have achieved Chartered Status and demonstrated team leadership skills.
 
Primary responsibilities
 
Drawing on your expert knowledge in the design and project management of Mechanical and/or Electrical Building Services Systems, you will assist our engineers to:

• Develop technical and professional excellence.


• Use environmentally sustainable design practices.


• Manage a variety of projects, delivering ????? ????? and within budget


• Optimise available resources.


• Manage client relationships


• Promote business development

Given the multidisciplinary nature of GHD's business, you will also have the opportunity to broaden your skills in a variety of areas through leadership of multidiscipline projects.

A highly attractive salary package (ranging from $80,000 - $120,000), commensurate with qualifications, skills, capabilities and experience + relocation expenses will be offered to the successful candidate.
