Traffic Communications Officer - Part Time, 8 Months Fixed Term

 



Are you a confident and capable communicator who likes working in a high pressure communications environment? If so, read on! 
 
Are you looking for 60 hours per fortnight of part time work between the hours of 12.30pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday?     
 
We have a part-time position available in the VicRoads Traffic Management Centre in Kew. VicRoads manages the Victorian arterial road network and its use as part of the state's overall transport system. 
 
You will be part of a team at the forefront of delivering ????? ?????-time communications about traffic incidents, roadworks and events to road users throughout the state.  You will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills and enjoy working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
 
Ideally you will have experience in dealing with the media, some experience in crisis communications, and be a quick learner for this high pressure fast paced environment.
 
 
-          Salary Range $50,632 to $61,602 (pro rata) + 9% Super
-          30 hours per week - Monday to Friday, six hour daily shifts
